Per-class leaderboard class names planned

Resolving a clean mapping from the server's weapon-type bit flags to friendly class names (Duelist, Ravager, etc.) so the per-class leaderboard can show real names instead of "Weapon Type N".

A real TLS certificate for the public domain once DNS/hosting is finalized.
